13. Contact
For questions regarding this Cookie Policy:
Microsoft Clarity (analytics)
If you consent to analytics, we use Microsoft Clarity, provided by Microsoft, to understand how you use and interact with the Website through behavioral metrics, heatmaps and session replays. Clarity processes pseudonymous session and interaction data, such as clicks, scrolling, pointer movements and technical information about how pages are displayed. We use this data for analytics and to improve the Website’s functionality and user experience. Clarity is activated only after you consent to analytics. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time via Cookie Settings. Microsoft states that playback data for session recordings is retained for 30 days, while click and heatmap data is retained for 9 months. If a session is labeled or favorited in Clarity, it is retained for 9 months. Microsoft has access to the data processed; learn more in the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
OpenAI Ads
With your consent to marketing and analytics, we use OpenAI Ads to measure page views, checkout starts and purchases. The pixel sends the event type, a random event ID, timestamp, store domain and, for checkouts and purchases, amount and currency to OpenAI. An ad-click identifier is included when available. The network connection also makes technical connection information, such as the IP address, available to the recipient. You can withdraw consent through Cookie Settings.
The ad-click cookie wf_oai_oppref expires after 30 days. The local entry wf_oai_purchase_* prevents duplicate purchase reporting and contains an order reference in its key, a random ID, timestamp and delivery status. This localStorage entry has no automatic expiry and can remain until website data is cleared. These local periods do not describe OpenAI server retention.

Cookies and other local storage
A cookie's lifetime in your browser is not the same as the retention period for information held by us or a service provider. Periods vary between cookies and processing activities. Deleting a cookie therefore does not automatically delete information already collected by a service. You can change your cookie choices and contact us to request information about, or deletion of, your personal data.
Google Consent Mode
Google Consent Mode can send limited measurement signals even when analytics or advertising storage consent is denied. Denying cookies does not therefore necessarily stop every network request to Google. Such signals can include consent status and technical or event information. They are distinct from cookies stored on your device.
